Vincent Scott, but you can call him Tito, is a seasoned Panamanian tour director from Colón with deep Caribbean and Jamaican roots connected to the history of the Panama Canal. With more than 35 years of experience, he specializes in delivering well-organized, engaging programs that highlight Panama’s culture, history, and natural beauty. Known for his professionalism, punctuality, and warm personality, Tito consistently goes the extra mile to ensure his groups feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.

Portugal is my favorite Navigo destination because of its history, castles, and beautiful coastline. Basketball has always been my favorite sport since it’s all about teamwork and everyone playing their role, which feels a lot like running a great tour. I joined Navigo because they value experience, teamwork, and doing things the right way, and I love being part of trips where culture and sport come together. What motivates me most is seeing guests truly enjoy the experience. One of my favorite days on tour is the Gatun Lake and Panama Canal jungle boat expedition. A personal highlight for me was ziplining in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and reminded me how important trust and encouragement are when traveling as a group.
