The Millikin University Women’s Soccer Team has just wrapped up their second international adventure with Navigo Sports Tours—this time, exploring the history, beauty, and competitive spirit of Italy. From thrilling matches to world-famous landmarks, the team experienced the perfect blend of sport, culture, and connection.

During the tour, “Big Blue” competed against top international talent, including matches against Frosinone Calcio Femminile and CSL Prato. One especially meaningful moment came in Prato, where the match was played in memory of Alessia Cambi, a beloved Prato native and long-time Navigo team member who passed away earlier this year. The game served as a heartfelt tribute and reminder of the deep, lasting relationships these tours create.

Off the field, the team explored iconic locations such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Florence, Milan, and even toured the legendary San Siro Stadium, home to AC Milan and Inter Milan. A highlight included a scenic bike tour through Florence, giving players a fresh perspective on the historic city.
