Scheduling a time to speak with a team representative is the first step in the process of planning an international team tour. First, we will learn about your team’s interests and goals for taking an international trip. Ideas that will be discussed to create your team’s trip include: destinations, length of tour, time of year, competition levels, and more.
Once the idea of an overseas trip is well-received, speak with a Navigo team representative to start the process. This allows us to provide sample itineraries and pricing based on your team’s destinations of interest. The sample itineraries are customizable to fit your team’s vision and goals.
If necessary, a member of the Navigo team will host an informational meeting for those interested in learning more about the trip. Typically, we will do an overview of who we are and what we do, review the tour itinerary, and answer any questions. These meetings may be hosted both online and in-person.
Bring the idea to players, families, or administration necessary to approve a foreign tour, and receive feedback. Once there is consensus approval to travel amongst the group, we will provide a contract committing to travel. Signature of this document is required to officially authorize the trip.
We will provide an online team page that will contain the itinerary, price, terms and conditions, and the registration form. To complete the registration process, each guest will be required to e-verify the legal agreement. If the guest is a minor, they will need their parent or guardian to complete this page.
During the sign-up process, guests will be able to register for our fundraising sweepstakes program. This program is one way that Navigo Sports Tours helps individuals and families afford the costs of an overseas trip. The sweepstakes is a raffle donation program with grand prizes (England, Puerto Rico, and French Alps Navigo Sports Tours sponsored overseas trips for two) for three total winners and where the traveler keeps 100% of the profit themselves.
