Tips And Information About Your Navigo Tour.

When making a payment, you will need to sign in to your WeTravel account. You can do that here at wetravel.com.

Once you are logged in, under the My Trips section, you can manage your booking to make payments. On the right side of the screen, you will be able to pay installments as well as view your payment plan to see when upcoming payments are due.

You should also be receiving emails from Navigo, prompting you to pay with a pay balance due button. By clicking and following that link, you will be sent to the same page you would by logging in and following the above steps.

If you are registered for a trip, and you are not receiving emails or able to log into your account, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can ensure your account is set up correctly and that you are receiving all correspondence from us.

You can book your own flight, as long as you let us know 4 months prior to departure. If you wait to tell us, we may book you a flight with the group that cannot be refunded if that was what you registered for. If your flight schedule varies from the group, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation to and from the airport, so please keep the group flight in mind when booking.

For group flights, unfortunately, airlines do not allow points to be used for group reservations. However, frequent flyer numbers can be added to a reservation for you if you are able to provide us with those details.

You can expect to receive your flight confirmation and e-ticket between 3-6 weeks before departure. This varies depending on the airline and when they release that information to us. You will receive a Flight Information Sheet by email containing the info needed for the flight. As most parties will be part of a group reservation, your seats will be in a block. For more information on your seating, you can reach out to the airline directly once you receive your confirmation number and e-Ticket.

For all international travel, a valid passport is required. Your passport should have an expiration date of at least 1 year after your return date. 

If you have a US passport, you will not need a visa to travel with the group, unless directly notified. If you do not have a US passport, the situation depends on what passport you have, and the countries that you will be traveling to. You are responsible for acquiring any visas or additional travel documents required to travel. To acquire a visa, you will most likely need certain documents including a trip itinerary. You can expect to receive a final itinerary around 15 days prior to departure. For questions regarding specifics of your trip outside of that timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]
